Tuesday we are going to Reed Canyon to pull ivy as a class service project.  Bring gardening gloves if you have them!  You may also bring money to purchase lunch from the cafeteria.

- Fact Card for the 1st country you are visiting (needs to have 5 facts and relevant images)
- Research for the first THEME you will be focusing on during your travels in the first country that you visit -- please refer to your Assignment Page for a description of the 4 themes (this was also emailed out to parents)

Reading:
Students should be reading every day.  Reading assignments are due every Thursday:  5/3, 5/10, and 5/17.  I will post the reading assignment sheet as soon as I figure out how to add attachments to the blog, but the students have very clear information about what is due on our Thursday discussion days.
